James Recks is the  Chairman of Fidelity Benefits & Insurance Services. James received his Masters from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas earning his MBA in Accounting & Finance and BS-Accounting from University of Texas at Arlington. He is also President of J-Hawk et al and was named Chairman of FBIS when J-Hawk et al acquired controlling interest in Fidelity Benefits & Insurance Services March of 2007.

Since his graduation, James has been involved as an executive and board member of several Waco area businesses including Rotary International, Waco Business League and YMCA of Central Texas.
Todd Dorton

Todd Dorton is a Principal and CEO / President of Fidelity Benefits & Insurance Services. Todd graduated from Baylor University in 1986 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance. He is a Texas Licensed Life and Health Insurance Counselor, holder of both the Life and Health and Property Casualty licenses. Todd has 17 years of experience in the insurance industry. His expertise is focused primarily on partially self-insured clients and their unique needs, including, but not limited to, network development, disease management and Pharmacy Benefit Management maximization. In addition, consumer driven health plans with Healthcare Reimbursement Accounts are an area of concentration.

Todd has held a variety of leadership positions within the community as well as many professional organizations including Hillcrest Baptist Medical Center Board of Visitors, Better Business Bureau Director, Waco Business League Board, Waco Center for Youth, Blue Cross Blue Shield Council Member, Waco Performing Arts, Fuzzy Friends Rescue and United Broker Council. Todd has also been an Expert Witness with cases pertaining to the Health Insurance Industry.

Kori Dorton is a Principal of Fidelity Benefits & Insurance Services and a Employee Benefits producer.  Kori graduated from the University of Arkansas in 1991 with a Bachelor of Arts. She holds the Life and Health license. Kori has nine (9) years of experience in the insurance industry. Her expertise is focused primarily on helping clients understand, develop, implement and identify the effectiveness of their employee benefit programs and policies.

Kori has served our community in a vast arena of civic and community organizations including Waco Rotary, Waco Chamber of Commerce Ambassador, President Hillcrest Baptist Medical Center Auxiliary, Junior League of Waco, Board Member AANA, American Cancer Society, American Heart Association, Fuzzy Friends Animal Rescue, St. Paul’s Day School Parent’s & Friend’s Member, Cotton Palace Pageant Committee and Hillcrest Board of Visitors.

Donna Hall

Donna Hall is a Principal of Fidelity Benefits & Insurance Services and is a Vice President of Operations and Administration. With more than 20 years in the insurance business, Donna has held various positions in the insurance agency environment including agency operations, human resources, personal lines manager and computer technology administrator. She currently is Vice President of FBIS’s Administration and Operation Division and holds the Property & Casualty license for the State of Texas.

Donna has served as a former board member for Lacy Lakeview Little League Baseball Program, Connally ISD PTA and served as a volunteer for many years for WACO Independent School District's Adopt-A-School Program. She also supports and volunteers for Fuzzy Friends Rescue.

Todd Heller is a Commercial Lines producer. Todd graduated from Baylor University with a Bachelor of Business in Finance in 1978. He holds the Property and Casualty license, Risk Managers and Life/Health licenses. With more than 29 years experience in the insurance industry, Todd specializes in Property & Casualty focusing on clients with sophisticated risk management and risk financing need.

Todd has served as the Past Director of Waco’s Independent Agents, former Waco Jaycee’s member and has served as Director of Crawford ISD’s 3 on 3 Basketball programs. He is also a member of Waco Rotary.

Lisa Martinez

Lisa Martinez is a Principal of Fidelity Benefits & Insurance Services and Sr. Account Executive in Employee Benefits. Lisa graduated from Albuquerque Technical Vocational Institute – Business Administration in 1988. With 17 years successful experience in the insurance industry, her recognized strengths include account maintenance, implementation of proactive procedures, communication and problem solving. Lisa currently holds the Life and Health license along with the Accredited Customer Services Representative (ACSR) Designation in Life and Health by the Independent Insurance Agents of Texas (IIAT).

Maurene Padilla

Maurene Padilla is a Principal of Fidelity Benefits & Insurance Services and Sr. Marketing Representative in Employee Benefits. Her expertise enables her to market and place group health/medical, group life and disability and ancillary products and in conjunction with the employee benefits team with insurance companies. Maurene has 11 years experience in the insurance agency environment and 14 years on the insurance company side. This combined insurance agency and company experience has proven very successful. Maurene holds both the Life and Health license and the Property & Casualty license for the State of Texas. She is an active board member at her church in Riesel, TX.

Bridgett R. Struckman is an Assistant Account Executive in the Employee Benefits Division. She is the newest member of the Fidelity team and brings with her 7 years experience in the insurance industry. She holds both the Life & Health license and the Property and Casualty license for the State of Texas. Bridgett completed two years of studies at University of North Texas in the Business Administration field. She is also a member of the Independent Insurance Agents of Texas is currently pursuing her ACSR designation in Life & Health.

Lora Sykora, , a 2000 graduate of Tarleton State University with a degree in Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Sports Studies with a minor in English, Lora holds both the Property & Casualty and Life and Health insurance licenses in Texas. She is currently a member of the Junior League of Waco, Jaycee’s Junior Chamber of Commerce and is on the Board of the Independent Insurance Agents of Central Texas (IIACT). Lora has received her Accredited Customer Service Representative Designation in Personal Lines and is currently pursuing her designation in Commercial Lines. Before joining FBIS, Lora was a teacher and coach for the Lorena Independent School.

Debbie Grady

Debbie Grady earned her Associates Degree from McLennan Community College and is a Personal Lines Account Manager specializing in personal home, auto, life and individual health. Debbie holds both the Life and Health and Property Casualty licenses and is a Certified Insurance Services Representative (CIC) for Personal and Commercial Lines and also holds the designation of Accredited Customer Service Representative (ACSR) in Personal and Commercial Lines.
